Stefano says chesnuts, Wayne says Arabica. Find out how the two masters created their own language of coffee
Espresso di Manfredi was born through the meeting of minds between celebrated chef Stefano Manfredi and master blender Wayne Archer. In their pursuit to create the perfect blends, they developed a language of flavour. Check out some of the key food descriptors they developed here:
- Raisin and light spices/pepperiness = Sumatra Mandheling
- Hazelnut = Central American high grown Washed Arabicas
- Sweet Citrus + Chocolate = Papua New Guinea
- Wine toned fruit = Kenya
