Espresso di Manfredi was born through the meeting of minds between celebrated chef Stefano Manfredi and master blender Wayne Archer. In their pursuit to create the perfect blends, they developed a language of flavour. Check out some of the key food descriptors they developed here:

  • Raisin and light spices/pepperiness = Sumatra Mandheling
  • Hazelnut = Central American high grown Washed Arabicas
  • Sweet Citrus + Chocolate = Papua New Guinea
  • Wine toned fruit = Kenya
