Stefano Launches his Latest Cookbook: Stefano Manfredi’s Italian Food
In his definitive new cookbook, Stefano Manfredi’s Italian Food, which launched this November, Stefano takes us on a journey across all 20 provinces of Italy, from Trentino-Alto Adige in the north to Sicily in the South. The inspiration for this book grew from Stefano’s obsession with wines from all over Italy. As he travelled, he gained a new appreciation for the varieties of food and culinary delights away from his native Lombardi.
