October Barista of the Month: Emily Zahradnik

A huge congratulations to our October Barista of the Month, Emily Zahradnik from Balla. Emily has won $300 for herself and $300 for Balla.

Emily started making coffee in 2005 at her first restaurant job, however Emily says, “I didn’t get any good at it until a few years of practice.”

Having 9 years experience in the hospitality industry, Emily is now the head bar attendant at Balla, where she has been working since May 2013.

Emily has two degrees in arts and design and yet she always returns to hospitality.
