This cocktail was created by Pauline Demirjian at Balla for the launch of the new blends at the Sprezzatura celebrations.
‘For the inspiration to create this espresso di manfredi signature cocktail , says Pauline, I used the intensity of the Audacia blend, the dark roast flavours, as my guide to create a cocktail with a bit of kick. Tia Maria enhances the coffee flavour and the orange gives off a hint of zest.'
Its a perfect party starter and easy to prepare. You will need:
30ml Tia Maria
30ml Vanilla Sambucca
30ml Audacia Espresso Coffee
Add all your ingredients to a Boston shaker with ice,
shake and strain into a double old fashioned glass.
Garnish with orange peel.
