Italian Regional Menu Series

​Travel to a new destination every month as Chef Stefano Manfredi takes you on a region-by-region Italian tour with menus inspired by traditional local recipes and produce.

This May you are invited to experience the authentic flavours of Lazio’s unique culture and climate, with a four-course menu and matched wines for just $90 per person.

For the rest of each month the same dishes will be available for lunch and dinner Monday through Saturday. Each course will feature on the À la carte menu (individually priced) or as an offer – 4 courses for $75 (food only).

14 May: LAZIO

Antipasto: Trippa alla Romana roman-style tripe
Primo: Rigatoni alla vaccinaria ridged pasta tubes with oxtail sauce
Secondo: Scottadito grilled lamb cutlets

Dolce: Crostata alla ricotta ricotta tart





Antipasto: Crostino alla polenta con funghi e puzzone polenta crostino with mushrooms and puzzone cheese
Primo: Canederli allo speck trentino-style gnocchi
Secondo: Stinco di maiale con le verza roast pork hock with cabbage

Dolce: Strudel di mele apple strudel

9 July: UMBRIA

Antipasto: Norcineria umbria-style salumi
Primo: Umbricelli al tartufo large spaghetti with fresh black truffle
Secondo: Cotechino e lenticchie traditional poached pork sausage with lentils
Dolce: Rocciata Christmas pastry filled with dried fruits and nuts

13 August: ABRUZZO

Antipasto: Zuppetta di ceci, fagioli e castagne chickpea, bean and chestnut soup
Primo: Lasagna a pezzi, ragù di lepre open lasagne with hare sauce
Secondo: Rosticini con patate maritate grilled skewers of meat with pecorino potatoes
Dolce: Pesche dolci cream-filled soft pastries in the form of peaches
