Cafe Spotlight – Pioik Bakery

Located in Harris Street Pyrmont, Pioki Bakery provides an authentic bakery experience. Baker Shady Wasef, who has worked with Stefano Manfredi, runs the bakery with his wife Rose and both love to create relationships with the patrons.

Pioki Bakery provides an open and welcoming environment where customers can make their selections while observing the baking process in the bustling kitchen.

Guests can’t go past pizzas filled with Mediterranean combinations and delicious toasted sandwiches for a casual brunch or lunch. Any meal is made complete with a wide selection of sweets including danishes, cakes and eclairs. Unique options from the bakery include a 2kg loaf of bread fittingly called, ‘The King’ which can be purchased whole or by the quarter.

All menu items are well accompanied by Espresso di Manfredi coffee blends.
