How did you come across Espresso di Manfredi and what was the deciding factor to stock it within Country bred?
Espresso di Manfredi is used across all of the Marriott Australia hotels and cafes due to their premium quality coffee. So when we opened Country Bred we were already familiar with the brand and knew exactly who to stock!
What is your favourite blend of Espresso di Manfredi and why?
Our favourite blend of Espresso di Manfredi is the Classico Blend because it is the balance of sweetness and spice, while still maintaining its deep and complex flavour.
What is your favourite treat you stock within the Country Bred café to pair with an Espresso di Manfredi coffee?
Our favourite treat to pair with an Espresso di Manfredi coffee is our walnut and dark chocolate brownie. It’s decadent bite is complimented by the rich and robust flavour of the coffee perfectly.
What do you love about Espresso di Manfredi?
We love the depth of flavour which is created our coffees from using Espresso di Manfredi. Our baristas rave about how easy it is to extract the perfect shot and our customers love the consistently good taste which keeps them coming back for more.
In your humble opinion, who defines Sprezzatura?
Sprezzatura is a wonderful Italian word, isn’t it? Our chef, Ross Charalambous is someone who incapsulates this word very well. He prepares all our dishes and personally serves all our customers with a big smile on his face. Everyone always says what a pleasure it is to be around him because everything comes so naturally to him.
