Would it be possible to grind the decaf coffee finer?
December 18, 2013 4:24PMWe need to take into account numerous factors when we talk about grinding size for the decaffeinated 650gram product.
Mostly, we need to have a grind size which is acceptable to wide range of machines and dosages per cup.
My suggestion is that you discuss with your rep about choosing the decaf 1kg and a grinder. That way you optimise the quality and freshness of decaf per cup.

Hi Wayne, Christian here from Brown Dog Cafe in Brisbane.
We are about to start using a Cimbali machine at our new venue Plenty, which will be pouring the ORG blend. Would the Cimbali be a preffered machine to get the most out of our Manfredi Classico at Brown dog or does the La Marzocco, already do so?

Hi Christian, La Cimbali and LM are both very high quality machines and both will deliver the best quality extraction for the Classico blend. My suggestion is to stick with the LM!

Each of the blends have their strengths, and personally I like to select a blend based on how I’m feeling at the time or what I’m looking for. For example, I generally like to drink Audacia when I’m looking for something with more oomph. Most mornings however, I start my day with Classico which to me is the perfect all-rounder. Finally I like to enjoy Chiaro after meals when I feel like something softer with a more delicate flavour structure.

December 3, 2013 5:52PMThat’s a difficult question. There’s so much great music in Australia right now. My favourite album of the year is Tame Impala’s Lonerism. I really like Vance Joy and I’ve benn listening to a Tassie band called Lulu and the Paige Turners. Yeah…not sure about the novelty name but am loving a song of theirs called Music Box.
