Stefano Manfredi invited to create a feast for Franca Sozzani of Vogue Italia

On Thursday, 27 March, Stefano Manfredi delighted guests at a beautiful dinner in honour of Franca Sozzani, Editor-in-Chief of Vogue Italia and L’Uomo Vogue.

Hosted at the beautiful home of Australian film director Baz Luhrmann and his wife, Oscar-winning costume designer, Catherine Martin, Stefano Manfredi  and his team from Balla delivered a delicious meal set amongst a chic table setting and luxurious white flowers.

Guests including Australian actor Joel Edgerton, fashion designer Josh Goot and Vogue Fashion Editor Christine Centenera enjoyed a delicious meal designed to share including grilled lamb shoulder, calamari stuffed with prawns and ricotta and pistachio ravioli with burnt butter and parmesan. To finish guests enjoyed cassata truffle with pistachio cream followed by Espresso di Manfredi Martinis and brutti ma buoni biscuits.
